Our Company PETRA Machines has been established as a family owned and family run Company by two brothers Ivan and Rudi Bric. We are located in
Ljubljana the capitol the
Republic of Slovenia.
Ivan Bric had run his own business for more then 20 years, more or less engineering and producing custom made machines that were solving some particular, often very demanding, customer's problem. His innovations received several public rewards and most importantly, won trust and respect of customers in Slovenia and abroad.
He graduated at Ljubljana University as Mechanical Engineer in 1976.
Rudi Bric started his professional life as a programmer after graduating at Ljubljana University in 1976 as Engineer of Technical Mathematics. Always entrepreneurial, he pioneered many developments in the area of Information Technology in Slovenia. In 1990 he co-founded, with three friends, today’s biggest software Company in Slovenia
HERMES SoftLab d.d. with more then 500 software engineers. He managed HERMES Softlab for first 12 years.
From the family also Petra and Aleš Bric are employees of the Company.
