| Blade approach angle, Power Transmission and Blade tensioning system: |
This feature
facilitates to cut solids as well as Hollow sections with an equal
ease. Blade approach angle of 0 degree or 3,5 degree can be chosen
through selector switch on the control console, as per cutting
application requirement.

| Looking to its multifaceted challenging cutting applications ranging from 420 x 420 solids to I beams, angles,
Tubes etc, using Bimetal as well as Carbide Blades, DC420VA ToolMaster
is equipped with a powerful helical geared drive of 7,1 kW makes it the
most efficient machine in this catagory. It is integrated with a
5,5 kW Inverter for infinitely variable blade speeds.

| Tensioning is powered by
hydraulic with easy to operate controls. Allows for very quick and
convenient blade change.A state of art hydraulic blade tensioning
arrangement, calibrated for the required tension in the blade &
hence avoiding undesirable stresses in the blade, which improves the
tool life. Its well engineered design makes it possible to align the
wheels easily if needed. |
| Automatic movement of movable blade guide along with
main vise. Movable blade guide moves on wide and strong Linear motion
guideway,which provides large area of contact and highly engineered
assembly, eliminates vibrations in movable blade guide. During blade
attack angle change, movable blade guide as well as fixed guide adjust
itself to the correct location automatically.Both blade guides are
straight having no cantilever joints, correctly aligned with the
cutting line & hence guiding the blade to cut straight. Also blade
guide slot is pre-designed & defined which allows the smooth blade
movement, eliminating vibrations & achieves taper free cuts. No gap
setting required for the carbide tip, while inserting the blade.The
carbide tips & gap is pre-designed & for life.

| Hydraulic system: |
| Powered by 0,75 kW, 6 l/min pump,
Kladivar-Parker. During cutting the hydraulic system is idle which
keeps the oil temperature at environmental level at all times and saves
electricity. An efficient hydraulic system with 24V solenoid valves
having LED results in easy diagnose of the problem at first hand, if
occurs. Also it is saving the energy as pump goes off during feed &
therefore maintaining oil quality for the longer periods.

Independent load mechanism on left and right blade
guides controls the cutting conditions and load over the blade at both
ends.The maximal cutting force is adjustable and automatically
maintained at set level with built-in highly reliable, maintenance-free
hydro-mechanical control system. The feed rate is adjustable through a
front-end operated valve on the fixed guiding arm. Operator cannot
damage the blade under normal operation. A well engineered Hydraulic
Feeding system with a flexibility to adjust cutting force for a
particular cutting application makes it an ideal machine with an
enhanced tool life. This feature protects the tool from undue cutting
pressures & saves the costly tool.

| Clamping: |
Main vise has a heavy duty construction for clamping the job and is coupled with movable blade guide, hence always keeping gap between workpiece and blade guide to minimum. For easy handling of cut pieces a solid plate table, 520 mm in length, is bolted on to machine base in front of the front clamping vise. It is fully coolant panned to return coolant to the machine.

| An integrated heavy duty 800 mm long support table facilitates easy setting of heavy jobs.

| Cooling and chip removal: |
| Coolant tank is equipped with chip filteration and metal
dust arrest system, keeps the down time low. Easy to clean tank,
integrated with chip conveyor makes it possible to eaisly clean chip
conveyor housing also.

| Great care has been taken to remove the chips efficiently and in
general to keep the machine as clear of chips as possible. Chips are
removed from cutting area to easy-to-empty container with automated
chip conveyor. The conveyor is activated at the start of the machine
and runs contineously for the best cleaning. Chips and coolant are
separated into two tanks. |
| Operation and safety: |
| Ergonomically designed control panel with well designated control keys and switches is conveniently located on the front door.
|
The saw may be operated in semi or fully automatic mode in which the automatic cutting cycle is synchronized with bar feed mechanism and clamping action.
|
| The saw will automatically shut off in case that the blade breaks. |
| System control is provided by SIEMENS. Clear layout and orderly marked wiring facilitates user friendly servicing.
|
Machine is equipped with blade guards and awareness barriers for safety purposes according to CE norm.
