| This machine can be loaded with different Aluminium Casting components to be cut, just by changing the fixture plate. With this flexibility, one can cut range of Aluminum Runner risers on the same machine. | ||||
| Its Two Station palate system, almost eliminates the loading & un-loading times & thereby reduces other non-cutting times, makes it a most efficient machine of this category. Its fixtures are designed for the specific component & which makes it safest to cut at high cutting speeds & feeds. | ||||

It also uses a Helical Gear Box, which makes it possible to save on
energy, runs cool & calm.

| Looking to the Aluminum Chips nature, it is installed with Micro-mist coolant system. This system keeps the blade cool, well lubricated & also keep the chip dry. | ||||
