Error management and control (EMC): a real time online machine error management system provides machine status and nature of error to take corrective actions by supervisory staff.

Material Savings: PETRA production cutting system use fixture, especially for the specific size of the bar, ensures the least remnant length (may be 2 to 5 mm). In a standard cutting operation, remnant length may be anywhere between 100 to 200 mm.

As system is designed for specific sizes, material result in a consistent cut length with nearly even cutting accuracies and cutting time over the whole life of the tool.
