Enter production, material, and cutting data, calculate cutting costs, and export the result as PDF.
White boxes are user inputs. Grey cards marked “Calculated” are automatic results.
Metric input uses mm, cm² / min and m / min.
For variable pitch blades, enter the average value. Example: 3/4 TPI → (3 + 4) / 2 = 3.5 TPI.
These values update automatically from the material size, selected cutting input method, blade speed, pitch and cycle data.
50% means break-in cuts are made at 50% of the normal cutting rate. Maximum input is 100%. Select “already broken in” when the blade has already completed break-in before this calculation.
33% = one operator supervising three machines, 50% = two machines, 100% = one dedicated operator.

Friendly note: this calculator is a useful planning tool, not a crystal ball. It gives a good starting estimate for comparison, but real cutting results still depend on material, blade, coolant, clamping, machine condition and setup. For a final quotation or production decision, please check the values with real cutting data.
Material utilization uses material density and raw material price. For single jobs, reusable remaining bar length is not counted as waste. The calculator shows pieces per bar, bars opened and reusable leftover separately.
