POWER DC420 CNC is fully automatic, high performance, 24×7, Band Saw Machine. Batches of cutting jobs can be programmed through touch screen. The machine is designed, built and certified for high speed cutting with Carbide blades and, equally, for optimal use of bi-metal blades throughout its full cutting range. It offers unprecedented blade life under optimal cutting parameters.
Engineered at its best, this compact and user friendly Band Saw Machine ensures highly precise, perpendicular cuts with perfect geometry, high reliability and endurance. Built on PETRA’s proven, patent pending platform of Ball Rail System on both columns, machine offers motorized left arm as standard and integrated vertical clamping system as option. Rich HMI offers digital cut length settings and real time information such as cutting rate, down-feed, cutting history, and much more. Customer may even choose remote control through internet connection and/or SMS notifications as high end options.
